Requirements:

 
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 5-10 years of experience in partner development, business development, or a related role, preferably within a tech or AI startup environment.
● Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with system integrators and consulting organizations.
● Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to articulate their value to partners and customers.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Experience in organizing and conducting webinars and other outreach activities.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

● Passion for AI and a keen interest in staying at the forefront of AI-driven innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Build Key Partnerships:

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with system integrators and consulting
  • organizations.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand our network.

2. Nurture the Partnership with Lyzr:

  • Help partners understand Lyzr's capabilities and value propositions.
  • Educate partners on Lyzr agent frameworks and how to effectively leverage them.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to maximize mutual success.

3. Conduct Outreach Activities:

  •  Proactively contact partners and customers to build and maintain strong
  • relationships.
  • Organize and participate in webinars to educate and engage potential partners and customers.
  • Implement account-based marketing initiatives to target specific partners and customer segments.
  • Engage in other pipeline-building activities to generate new leads and
  • opportunities.

4. Convert Pipeline into Sales:

  • Maintain a strong cadence of communication with partners to ensure ongoing engagement and follow-up.
  • Consistently follow up on leads to convert them into sales and achieve revenue targets.

5. Manage and Grow the Partner Ecosystem:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and manage the partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with Lyzr's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for partners.
